Mentoring Sessions

We offer mentoring through mentoring sessions, held preferably in person or online. We agree on the mentoring session appointment first. Each session lasts for 45 minutes or less. Fees per session is INR 5,000 payable in advance. Plus other charges such as onsite visit charges, out of pocket expenses wherever applicable, meeting room or venue charges.

Mentoring Process

Each mentee comes with his or her set of business scenarios or issues, where he or she needs mentoring support. With supporting details. We first understand the scenario, then intervene wherever necessary, ask question, brainstorm, visualize the probable solutions and outcomes, agree on a roadmap or milestones which the mentee has to work on before we meet for next session. The mentee is expected to note down minutes of meeting and convey it after the meeting. We usually keep a period of 7 to 10 days between two sessions.

Mentees keep availing the mentoring help as long as they want or need. Typical time frame is 3 to 6 months. Until they see results. It takes time and discipline to get benefits from such mentoring sessions.

At advance stage we may consider helping the start up or business in fund raising. Only if we find the business and the founder is now ready to go to market for fund raise. Here we charge success fees or take equity in the venture.

We have tried to keep this mentoring support and process as simple and affordable as possible for businesses, founders, start up entrepreneurs. Many are already benefited with this simple offering.

We are associated with several businesses and social impact initiatives, investors across the world. We try to provide networking referral support to mentees at various stages, if needed.
